We believe the message of Jesus is too good to keep to ourselves. The Evangelism Ministry exists to spread the life-changing news of Jesus’ love and His sacrifice on the cross—to our neighbors, our community, and anyone who needs hope.


Whether it’s going door-to-door, engaging through community events, or hosting special outreaches like Nerf Wars, Men’s Risk Game Nights, or Women’s Gatherings, we’re finding creative, Spirit-led ways to reach people right where they are. Armed with God’s Word and the simple power of a gospel tract, we step out in faith, trusting that God will open hearts.


This ministry is for anyone who loves the lost and wants to be part of something eternal. You don’t need to be an expert—just willing. When you show up, God shows off.

Discipleship Ministry – Grow Deep, Live Strong

At the heart of our church is a passion to see every believer grow into the full maturity of Christ. The Discipleship Ministry exists to help you take the next step in your spiritual journey—whether you're just starting out or you've walked with Jesus for years.


Through intentional relationships and meaningful conversations, we offer 1-to-1, 1-to-3, and group discipleship settings. These aren’t just Bible studies—they’re life-on-life connections that help you grow in faith, build spiritual habits, and become more like Jesus every day.


Whether you’re ready to be discipled or feel called to disciple others, there’s a place for you here. You don’t need to be perfect—just willing. When we grow together, we grow stronger.

Worship Ministry

Worship Ministry – Leading Hearts to Love God

Worship is more than music—it’s a moment where kiss the hand of God. At NLCC, the Worship Ministry exists to create an atmosphere where people can encounter God and respond to His love through music, the Holy Scriptures, and Spirit-led moments.


This ministry includes musicians, vocalists, worship leaders, scripture readers, sound and video techs, and PowerPoint operators—all working together to help our church experience the presence of God. Whether you're up front or behind the scenes, you play a vital role in leading others into worship that is authentic, passionate, and Holy Spirit–empowered.


We embrace a contemporary worship style that welcomes the gifts of the Spirit and seeks to honor God with excellence and freedom. If you're a follower of Jesus and part of NLCC, and you feel a tug toward being involved—we want to hear from you. Even if you have no training, but want to serve in this way we may be able to disciple you in worship ministry.


Use your gifts to glorify God and help others do the same. Let’s worship Him together—in spirit and in truth.

Greeting Ministry

Greeting Ministry – Creating a Place Where Everyone Feels at Home

The moment someone walks through our doors, they should feel what we already know: this is a place where people are loved and Jesus is present. The Greeting Ministry exists to make newcomers feel welcomed and regular attenders feel valued—because every person matters to God.


As a greeter, you’re the first smile someone sees. You’ll welcome guests, hand out bulletins, offer directions, and share brochures or resources like Bibles, tracts, or kids’ coloring boxes. You’ll also help newcomers fill out a contact card, giving us the chance to follow up and care well for them.


This ministry is perfect for those with the gift of hospitality, the heart of a servant, and a joy that overflows. Whether you’re offering a warm hello or simply being available to help, your kindness can open the door to someone’s deeper journey with God.
